Roc Tan's Shipping Policy

At Roc Tan Windsocks, we’re proud to ship our handcrafted windsocks from Sylvan Lake, Alberta, to customers across Canada and beyond! Below you’ll find all the details about how we pack, ship, and deliver your orders.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
  • Custom or personalized windsocks may require additional time (up to 10 business days).
  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

If there’s a delay in your order, we’ll reach out to you directly via email or phone.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Canada (nationwide)
  • United States
  • Select International locations — please contact us if your country isn’t listed at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address
  • Order size and weight
  • Chosen shipping method

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our site when available.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • USA: 7–14 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days (may vary depending on destination and customs)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, if applicable.

If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 business days of placing your order, feel free to contact us.

Local Pickup

Live nearby? We offer local pickup from our shop in Sylvan Lake, Alberta! Just select “Local Pickup” during checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.
