Roc Tan's Return Policy

At Roc Tan Windsocks, we want you to love your windsock as much as we loved making it! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Window
If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to process a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- It must include all original tags and packaging.
- You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Please note the following non-returnable items:
- Custom or personalized windsocks
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
If the item was received damaged or defective, please reach out and we’ll make it right.

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- A defective or damaged item
- An incorrect item shipped by mistake
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items we do not receive.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return was due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or product, we’ll gladly arrange an exchange—pending item availability. Exchanges are processed after we receive the returned item.
